OKAY--Dr. Kelley is more stubborn than I am

Having been threatened with surgery, I emerge with the CAST STILL ON MY HAND...arrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Well, at least he "sculpted" it so that my fingers are freer to move around and at least I can type an "N" without discovering later that it was a space.....in three weeks I go back and he promised that it would come off then and we'd go to a removeable one with exercises, etc. X-ray shows the bone is mending in proper alignment.

Must go get Garbo ready for her departure for Minneapolis and then Canada. She flies out at noon and we have to get her to Delta cargo at ten. We will miss her like crazy, but Joyce will take loving care to make sure Garbo ends up in a good retirement.

Dr. Ana called to say things were looking good for a breeding of Poppy to Badger via surgical implant either Sat, Sun or Mon. Costing me an arm and a leg for boarding, LH tests and progesterone tests, but if this yields a litter of wonderful fox reds, it'll be worth it.

TipToo is sputtering and seems to be uncomfortable, so she may be headed for Dr. Ana's shortly. Dunno what's wrong, but I won't let anything go wrong with this most adorable and affectionate tortie cat. Always something, huh???

Now that these fingers MIGHT be able to hold a scissors properly, I gotta go start wrapping these presents due next week and Hanukkah. Somehow the thought makes me tired before I begin....more fun to shop and buy than it is to cover everything with jolly paper, but it's expected, so off I go to find the tape.

Ciao for now, MsP in fiberglass but sculpted cast
